Our Story — Three Decades of Packaging Innovation

Arvind Polymers was founded in 1995 by Gabriel Michaelsamy with a clear vision: to provide Indian manufacturers with reliable, affordable, precision-thermoformed plastic packaging — made locally, with zero compromise on quality.

  • From a single machine in 1995, we've grown to a 4,500 sq.ft factory running 7 vacuum forming machines — serving 200+ clients across automotive, electronics, pharma, food, and agriculture sectors.
  • Every mould is designed and built in-house, giving our clients faster turnarounds and complete dimensional control from first sample to full production run.
  • Our material expertise spans ABS, HIPS, Rigid PVC, APET, GPET, HDPE, and PP — allowing us to match the right plastic to your load, temperature, chemical, and regulatory requirements.
