Industries we supply
The same seven machines serve automotive plants, PCB assemblers, pharma packers, sweet shops and hydroponic growers. What changes is the polymer, the gauge and the tolerance we hold.
Automotive & engineering
Tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers, machine shops and assembly plants use our trays to move components between processes without damage, and to replace single-use cartons with returnable packaging.
- Kit trays that present one complete assembly set per tray
- Component carriers for machined, painted and plated parts
- Returnable dunnage sized to your bins, trolleys and racks
- Thick-sheet ABS and HDPE trays for load-bearing duty
Common problem: Parts arrive scratched or mixed up, and cartons collapse after two cycles.
How we address it: Formed pockets hold each part apart, and 3 to 6 mm ABS or HDPE survives repeated plant-to-plant cycles.
Electronics & EMS
PCB assemblers and electronic manufacturing services need static control as much as physical protection. We form conductive and anti-static grades for both.
- Anti-static and carbon-loaded conductive trays
- Pocketed trays for PCBs, modules and populated boards
- Component trays for ICs, connectors, sensors and relays
- Blister packs and cards for accessories and retail SKUs
Common problem: Static discharge and micro-damage during handling and dispatch.
How we address it: Anti-static HIPS and conductive grades dissipate charge; formed pockets stop board-on-board contact.
Medical & pharma
Device makers and pharmaceutical packers use our trays and rigid PVC blisters where dimensional consistency and clean handling matter.
- Instrument and device component trays
- Rigid PVC injection blisters for ampoules and vials
- Flat-flange trays for lidding film on your sealing line
- Kit trays for procedure packs and sample sets
Common problem: Pack variation that disturbs a validated sealing or assembly process.
How we address it: Approved first article, stored tooling and batch-to-batch consistency your line can rely on.
Food, bakery & confectionery
Sweet shops, bakeries, chocolate makers, dairies and food processors use food-contact grade APET and PP trays formed to their box and portion sizes.
- Cavity inserts for chocolate, mithai and biscuit boxes
- Fresh produce clamshells and egg trays
- Ready-meal and takeaway trays, including hot-fill in PP
- Bakery trays and display packs
Common problem: Product moves inside the box, or the tray softens with warm contents.
How we address it: Cavity layouts matched to your piece size, in APET for clarity or PP where heat resistance is needed.
Retail & consumer goods
Brands and packers need shelf appeal plus survival through distribution. Clear formed packs do both when the gauge and geometry are right.
- Face-seal and full-card blisters
- Hinged clamshells with formed snap locks
- Counter-top and point-of-sale display trays
- E-commerce inserts that stop movement in transit
Common problem: Packs look scuffed on shelf, or crack when customers open them.
How we address it: Correct polymer and gauge for the draw, with radii and lock detail designed for repeated handling.
Agriculture & hydroponics
Growers and nurseries use deep-channel trays and seedling flats formed in food-safe polymers that stand up to water, nutrient solution and sunlight exposure.
- NFT and DWC hydroponic growing channels and trays
- Seedling and nursery flats with drainage detail
- Produce and egg packing trays
- Custom trays for post-harvest handling
Common problem: Thin trays warp in sun and water, and standard sizes never fit the frame.
How we address it: Formed to your channel spacing and frame dimensions in gauges that hold their shape wet.
Quick reference
Material choice by industry
A starting point only, the final choice depends on your load, temperature and compliance needs.
| Industry | Usual materials | Typical products |
|---|---|---|
| Automotive & engineering | ABS, HDPE, HIPS | Kit trays, component carriers, returnable dunnage |
| Electronics & EMS | Anti-static HIPS, conductive grades, PVC | ESD trays, PCB trays, component trays |
| Medical & pharma | Rigid PVC, HIPS, APET | Component trays, injection blisters, sealable trays |
| Food & confectionery | APET, PP, HIPS | Cavity inserts, clamshells, egg and bakery trays |
| Retail & consumer | PVC, APET, GPET | Blisters, blister cards, clamshells, display trays |
| Agriculture & hydroponics | HIPS, HDPE, PP | Growing channels, nursery flats, produce trays |
