Thermoforming & Vacuum Forming
Our 4 fully automatic roll vacuum forming machines handle ABS, HIPS, Rigid PVC, and APET sheets up to 2 mm thick. Our 3 semi-automatic sheet machines handle thicknesses up to 6 mm — ideal for heavy-duty industrial trays. Hydraulic roller trimming gives clean, burr-free edges on every part.
Blister Packs & Clamshells
We produce transparent blister cards, standing blister packs, clamshell boxes, and heat-sealable packaging from crystal-clear PVC, APET, and GPET. Thickness from 0.1 mm (thin blister) to 1 mm (rigid clamshell) — ideal for retail display, pharma, and electronics packaging.
Mould Design & In-House Tooling
Every mould is designed and fabricated in-house — aluminium for high-volume production, MDF for prototypes and short runs. We support multi-cavity moulds, venting adjustments, and design modifications without relying on third-party toolmakers. Your tooling is stored for repeat orders.
Custom Packaging for Any Industry
