Precision forming, repeatably

Four automatic roll formers run reel stock from 0.15 mm to 2.0 mm for blisters, clamshells and food trays. Three semi-automatic sheet machines handle 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm for industrial trays and covers. Hydraulic roller trimming leaves clean, burr-free edges so parts stack and seal correctly.

Material advice before you commit

The wrong polymer is the most expensive mistake in packaging. We work with seven and will tell you which one suits your load, temperature, clarity, chemical exposure and food-contact needs, including when a cheaper grade is genuinely enough.

Tooling under our own roof

Moulds are designed and cut here in aluminium for volume work and MDF for prototypes and short runs. When a sample needs a deeper pocket or a revised rib, we change the tool ourselves instead of waiting in an outside toolroom queue. Your tooling is stored and maintained for repeat orders.

From enquiry to dispatch, in five steps

  1. Enquiry & review

    Send a drawing, 3D file, sample part or even a photo with dimensions. We check formability, draft angles and nesting before quoting.

  2. Quote & material advice

    You receive piece price, tooling cost and the polymer we recommend, with the reason why, not just a number.

  3. Tool design & making

    Moulds are designed and cut in-house in aluminium or MDF, so revisions do not wait on an outside toolroom.

  4. Sample approval

    First-article samples go to you for fit, stacking and line trials. We adjust the tool until it is signed off.

  5. Production & dispatch

    Forming, trimming and in-process checks, then packed and dispatched from Thirumudivakkam with your batch details.

Before you enquire

What is your minimum order quantity?

From 500 pieces for most trays and blisters. Very small trial batches can be run off a prototype tool, tell us what you need and we will price it honestly rather than turning you away.

Do I have to pay for the mould?

Yes, tooling is quoted separately and is a one-time cost, because it is cut for your part alone. We keep and maintain the tool for your repeat orders. Aluminium tooling costs more than MDF but lasts for volume production; we recommend based on your annual quantity.

What do you need from me to quote?

Ideally a 2D drawing or 3D file, the material and thickness if you know it, quantity per order and per year, and how the pack is used or sealed. A photo of the part next to a scale plus overall dimensions is enough to start.

Can you match a sample we already buy?

Usually, yes. Send the existing pack. We measure it, identify the polymer and gauge, and quote a matching tool, or suggest an improvement if the current design is over-specified.
